If you want change the color of the sticky posts go to :

-Styles & Templates-->Style manager
-Select in your style this option -->StyleVars
-Go to the section ---> Threadbit
Select -->Threadbit_hilite_background
-In the Background Color -->Select the color that you want.

It's all !!!
