Poll Suggestions

Hi,
1. Ability for users to change their selections after submit, before close of the poll.
2. To make a poll that has it's options can be selected by one user only, i.e, it will work as booking of options (options like seats).
3. show names by default in public polls, since users may not know the need to press the number.
