Nothing to review really - It looks like a basic vB 4.0 install with very little modification.

yeaa...it is basically a clean 4.0 install.

Should change your default skin
AdminCp > Settings > vBUlletin Options > Styles & Languages > Default Style
I like the domain name ....catchy

Pretty much all I can see is a logo replacement, and a few ads at the bottom, nothing special.
