Can i change the line of the signature?

Well, right now it is done by css:

.signature {
        padding-top: 0.5em;
    border-top: {vb:stylevar postbit_border};
        margin-top: 2em;
}

So, you'll want to remove the line and then you can add what you want (background image or edit template or whatever).
