Adding an extra tab to the navbar

I managed to do this in beta version, but it doesn't work in the gold release.

I have added:

<li><a class="navtab" href="http://example.com" target="_blank">extra tab link</a></li>

in the navbar template after:

<li><a class="navtab" href="search.php?{vb:raw session.sessionurl}do=getdaily&amp;contenttype=vBForum_Post">{vb:rawphrase getnew_tab}</a></li>
		</vb:if>

This works except when you click on the Home button, when it disappears, so I presume I need to add it somewhere else as well or instead

Can anyone help please?

I have installed that Mod and have added new tabs using it, but how do i change the orignal forums link?

Do you mean change the text of the tab?

Either search in phrases for the single word: forum and edit it. (although I don't know if this will also change the text somewhere else or not)

Or look in the navbar template and change:

{vb:rawphrase forum}

to whatever text you want.
