Forum Home Enhancements - Screen resolution Forum Home with blocks optimizing

So when you have forum blocks on forum home, there some problem if you are using modification like Subforum Manager 4.0 with Screen resolution 1024x768 and below. The templates really messed up.

And the real problem is if you really like the "forum blocks" but the templates will be messy if your users only have 1024x768px resolution. So how ?

Now I have solution that I discussed on http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...ose-at-default , how if the forum blocks closed by default on users screen resolution under or same 1024x768 pixels

This the trick:

I make file named vbulletin-sidebar-closed.js on folder clientscript/
So the position is clientscript/vbulletin-sidebar-closed.js

Fill this code below

if ((screen.width<=1024) && (screen.height<=768))
{
		var expires = new Date();
		expires.setTime(expires.getTime() + (1000 * 86400 * 365));
		set_cookie('vbulletin_sidebar_collapse', 1, expires);
}

and put on your templates FORUMHOME

Find:

<script type="text/javascript" src="{vb:stylevar yuipath}/animation/animation-min.js?v={vb:raw vboptions.simpleversion}"></script>

below put:

<script type="text/javascript" src="{vb:raw vboptions.bburl}/clientscript/vbulletin-sidebar-closed.js?v={vb:raw vboptions.simpleversion}"></script>

and save.

It will make you forum home if your user using screen resolution 1024x768 and below the forum blocks will hide automatically everytimes your user come into your forum home.

I was looking for such a thing ..

but instead of making the sidebar collapse as default for certain screen resolution, I made it collapse as default for any resolution by removing the conditional sentence ..
