Default vb3 services renew!

Hi,

I've received an email from vbulletin, it said my vBulletin licenses or services will expire in one week. However, they said

The listed expiration is for my access to the download new versions from the Members Area. I get one year of free upgrades to vB 3.8.x with my license since one year ago.

My questions are:

1. Where could I renew the service? I couldn't find it, the renew page only shows me to pay another new license for vb4 or Branding-free Option - $170.00, Professional Installation - $150.00.

2. could I still access to vbulletin.com and vbulletin.org to download the latest mod without renew the service?

I wish to remain as vb3.x, but couldn't renew the service for me to receive latest download or access to vb.com or vb.org for the latest mod/ upgrade download.

early reply is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Branded free & Professional Instillation is 2 other additional charges. You will need to pay the 160.00 or 180 which ever it is and you can still use vbulletin 3.8 if you wish. There is no renew fee like there was before.

With all due respect - why does .org have a pre-sales forum when the majority of threads are simply pointed at a statement saying "Please go to vb.com for these issues"

I know you guys have a lot on your plate so surely it'd make more sense just to close the forum.

Sorry to hijack the thread, hope you get your issues sorted OP

Because the vBulletin.org pre-sales forum is specific to the non-default functionality of vBulletin.

Or they could read the forum description:

If you have questions regarding non-default functionality of vBulletin prior to the purchase of a license, this is the place to get your answers. Questions regarding default vBulletin functionality or licensing and pricing should be asked on the Official company website: vBulletin Pre-sales Questions

Also the sticked thread in the top of this forum would giove some clues : Pre-Sales Questions Regarding Purchase/Licensing
