First post of the thread with author details like vb.org mods category

Hello!

How title says, I want the mod that shows thread starter's details/version/other info (for showthread).
I mean the mod that allows 1 person to create the thread, and others to comment, and the original (developers) post always stays at top, like here, in mods category.

I can't find it anywhere but i think i've seen it before.
