Help with Nephp

I'm using Nephp, and orphan article publishing app. It still worked up to vb 3.8.2, but when I upgraded to 3.8.4 (due to the security alert) Nephp finally started to misbehave.

Obviously something changed in vb, I'm hoping to track down what it is and see if there is a workaround.

If you're logged into vb, Nephp says you don't have permission to view articles. If you log out, it lets you see the articles. Then you can log back in and it will still let you see the articles. However, if you leave the site for awhile and come back, it starts all over with refusing to let you read the articles.

I've also noticed that after the upgrade vb logs me out if I've been off the site for a couple of hours. I'm hoping these two things are related, but I have no proof.

I think I've narrowed this down to the salt number change for the vb patch. Unfortunately, I can't find where to change this for Nephp. I suspect if I edited it, Nephp would work again.
