How to include php files?

I want to include a php file stats.php into FORUMHOME so it displays on the page, I have tried php includes but it doesn't work. Anybody know how to do this?

There is a stats mod here. Forgot what its called though.

No this is a php stat script I made for recording defacements http://www.fuxor.org/stats.php which I want included... I have tried to create a Plug-in for global_start with these contents:

ob_start();
include('stats.php');
$includedphp = ob_get_contents();
ob_end_clean();

But when I turn it on my forum displays a blank white page????

its closed to everybody but admins at the moment... the plugin is turned off now because it dont work if I turn it on all we get is a blank white page!

What product? I want to include the stats.php in FORUMHOME, I am here for help because I am new to VB ok

Doesn't matter sort of got it to work after playing around... but not the way wanted it to look...
