Help w/ setting up VB4 Suite for subdomains? ???.mydomain.com

What is the most effective way to set up the VB4 Suite URL structure to be the following?

CMS: mydomain.com
Blogs: blog.mydomain.com
Forum: forum.mydomain.com

I do have full administrative rights on my server.
I'm currently running Apache on Windows 7.

Any help on achieving these results above will greatly be appreciated.
