Media Block plugin for DnP Instant! Musicbox on Forum Index

This plugin displays a list of media from DnP Instant! Musicbox on your forum home index page (supports 4 types of arrangement: Newest, Random, High Rate and Most Views). It is a simplified version of the premium plugin DnP Instant! Box and Playlist on Forum Index. In this free version, however, does not come with inline response (AJAX) and user playlist. It does, on other hand, sport a light and clean pack of DnP Instant! Musicbox fun on your forum home index (and anywhere else of vBulletin pages). Best of all, it does not cost you a dime and supports vB Advanced CMPS.

Installation :

Upload dnp_musicbox_newthread.php to your forum_root (If installed as a VBa CMPS Module, upload to forum_root/modules instead)
Use Product Manager to import product-newmedia.xml
Open Forum Home Templates ? FORUMHOME and place

PHP Code:

$dnp_musicbox_newmedia

to anywhere you'd want the New media block to appear, then save all changes. Done!

Installation for vBadvanced CMPS :

First follow step 1 and 2 in the Installation section above, then go to vBa CMPS ? Add Module ? PHP File Module. Input the following information :

Module Title : DnP AJAX NewMedia
Active : Yes
File to Include : dnp_musicbox_newmedia.php
Module Parent : None
Templates Used : dnp_vba_musicbox_newmedia
Use Module Wrapper Template : No
Leave everything else by default.

Save the module and add it to your forum page. Enjoy!

Customization :
Several settings can be changed by opening dnp_musicbox_newmedia.php. Reupload the file to your host for any changes that were made.
