Quick Question
Okay just wondering, where would i go to change the Home tab to Site news and get rid of whats new?

If you tried a search, you would have seen that I've answered this question a couple of times already.
The Home tab is created from the plugin called "Navbar: Insert CMS Navbar Entry". If you look in that plugin, you'll see it's from a template called "vbcms_navbar_link" and in that template it uses the phrase {vb:rawphrase site} |

I am pretty sure I have even seen a thread on removing the What's New tab.
