Header problem here:

However, on my computer, the forum width is shorter, so only the full header shows and it doesnt tile.

You probably have your browser width set smaller which is why you don't see it tiled.

how can i fix this so every1 sees just 1 header

Don't tile the header. And perhaps center it instead.
