Too much green. Way too much green. Why re-colour practically everything green? I know the main colour is green but there's no rule to say you can't break the colour a little by colouring some of the images other colours.

Separate the colouring a little and implement other colours so that it breaks out a little.

I'm not sure that alternating the thead elements in alternate colours. I think it throws everything off, One colour. A little like lord of the rings one ring to rule them all except somehow migrate that comment somehow to the header. I suggest one colour spanning across the page.

I also think the larger buttons consisting in the button set are way to large. Re-size it down a little. Not all of us are blind and for those who are shouldn't be marveling, reviewing or running forums.

The tcat heading text? Rid the green colour and go with a dark dark grey short of black this would highlight the tcat out imo.

I still think the forum status icons can do with a little more work. Like with your header (logo) go with a more cartoony feel? Give it a little consistency which brings me to the what's going on area images. I don't really like the design nor quality of these and as with the forum status icons go with a nice cartoony look. Basically, design all the images in the same kind of cartoony, visually superior feel that you have with the logo and make some colour changes to match and the style will look amazing. The foundation is there you just have to refine it now.

Edit: Before I forget. The navbar, I feel that the bevel effect you implemented is way to much for the black area and not enough for the greenish part. Personally, beveled effects are yesterday and they look hideous and really over-used. There are better, more visual appealing ways of getting a great effect for this part without resorting to using bevels. I personally would have used gradient overlays, masking to get a more desirable effect for this area. It lets down your excellent logo to whom it;s attached to. Re-think this design it wouldn't take much to accomplish a more up-to-date look because the bevel effect is something I personally would not resort to.

Edit: Just so you know, I do like the way this style is turning out I'm merely just pointing out the things I don't like that I feel can be improved upon. I don't see any point in posting "great" well done" because it does nobody any good hearing this kind of feedback when there's some areas that still need work.
