"I Like" or similar?

Is there a mod available for vBulletin similar to Facebook's "I Like" button?

For example, if I really like someone's reply to a post I can mark it "I Like" or something in that matter. Anything?

I've seen online newspapers that has a button called "Judge It" where you can judge a comment or post. Really cool! Anything like that for vB?
