How to prevent users from sharing accounts?

Hello, I run a vB website where people donate and they get special access to a certain part of the forum. How do i prevent people from sharing their accounts? *Only allow one IP per account active logged in*

Allowing only 1 IP will be of much trouble for users who have dynamic IP address.

But isn't there a good way of having the first session disconnected when the second is logged in?

If the user is on AOL internet, his IP could change on each page load.
