Default Certain Usegroups can not use quicky reply
Hello, I am running vBulletin 3.8.4 with a slight problem. I have a usergroup with a few people as secondary users in. When they are secondary users in this group they can not see the quick reply box. It just disappears. When I remove them from the group, it is back, so I have isolated the problem to the usergroup. The permissions seem fine, they have the permissions to post and reply to threads, and there's nothing mentioned about quick reply. Any ideas?
