How to add a thumbnail on a subforum title?

Hi,

I want to add a thumbnail on the left side of the subcategory title on the main forum.
Please see the attached image, I want to add a small 200x200 jpeg file on that marked point.

There will be only 1 subforum that has a thumbnail picture.
How do I do that?
