Hey,
Was just wondering what the task name is for the external.php when it updates. Because I have noticed that it doesn't update straight away, is there a way I can update it every minute or something?

It's not a scheduled task. go to vboptions > external data provider > thread cache lifespan. default is 60 minutes.
