Hi i just wondered i have an owned licence thats about to expire, and wondered if i'd still have access to download mods on this forum when my licence expires as the licence is owned?
I am going to but vb v4 but want to wait until most of the same popular mods are available on the v4 version

Yes, you will still be able to access vBulletin.org on an owned license which has no update period left on it.
