In your profile it shows 9 of your friends from your friends list, is there a way to enable the user to sort their top 9 to display whichever friends they want?

A user was asking me about this and I honestly had no answer, I couldn't find it anywhere and when searching could not find any mods for it so I'm assuming either we're both blind or it hasn't been done yet.

Seeing as I'm not a coder... here I am

There is no function to do that, no. I don't think I've seen a modification to do it either.

I'm really surprise that this option wasn't put into the default. Especially since myspace and facebook both have it and that's we the stolre I mean spark the idea about.
