Moved to a new host and now forbbiden

I just now moved to a new host and after i restored my backup it started to show me that the access is firbbiden

Could be a few things. You didn't mention if you were restoring your DB or files. Contact your host and let them know you problem.

Well i actually hosted on my friend server and he doesn't know the problem
