CMS Permissions - Do I have set for each section?
Maybe I'm missing something. Is there a way to set the same permissions for all sections in the VB4 CMS? Right now it looks like I have to go to each section and check the boxes for say mods, super mods and admins to publish or create an article e.t.c.
Is there some way to globally set it so each time I add a section they inherit the settings? |

*bump* Does anyone know more about this? Not exactly user-friendly if this is the way it works! (Especially if you have a lot of sections ...)

Just set it at the top and then all the Sections under it will inherit the permissions. If you want the other sections to have different permissions, then you should go in and change them.
For further questions about the default functionality of vB4, you should post over on vb.com. |
