trouble with vb
Hi everbody,I'm from turkiye and i want to ask something.I have a problem with vb,i was using smf but later I ve started to use vb 3.8.4. I set up vb and there was nothing wrong with it.Because of our database is utf-8,some of the Turkısh like ''i'' or ''ç'' seemed like ''?'' Iso was 8859-1,i changed it as 8859-9.From now on,there is no problem.But the old messages has a problem as i mentioned.How can i edit them?Can you help me please?Beacuse of this problem my site is closed now.Thank you very much...
