Connected party did not localhost:3306

I'm getting about 60 of these error messages per day. All of them have attachment or cron as the script source. Hardly any information unfortunately.

Here's what they all look like:

On Vbulletin.com they mentioned it might have to do with wait and connect timeouts so I upped both - my wait and connect timeouts are set to 240. Still get the error message quite frequently.

I *believe* when the error message occurs that the users get a blank page. I've been getting a lot of blank pages on and off when trying to load a page - it will just hang and not want to load the page and then just gives a blank page. I'm just assuming that these error messages are part of the blank pages issue too.
