To cut down on a ton of email messages for reported posts, it seems a good solution is for Vbulletin to make note that the post has been reported, then to notify the next users that it was already reported. As long as the it can work per any post, this would be a neat feature.

What about if the user went back and edited the thread (with profanities), and it was still marked as reported?
