I'm loooking for a mod that make a thread not visible to some usergroups (selectable) using a special thread prefix (ex. "TEST")

i searched on forum, but seem to me that mod like this not exist, can anyone help me?

That'd be a pretty involved job and I'd be amazed if you get that as bespoke unpaid work.
