What's this ?
In my forum I have an problem with the members, All of them after create new thread rate it with 5 stars

So this Mod will prevent the thread owner to rate his thread

How to Install ?
All of my Mods are only import the product from admincp

That's "SHOULD" but I didn't know why vbulletin developers didn't make it as default in vbulletin and in my opinion that's very important add-on
