Display Name Mod

I know there is a mod for this, but im not sure what its called. One of the forums i participate in uses it.

I want the users to have the ability to Change thier Display name... but not their user name.

Example

Login = jabbadahut124453

Users would see--
Display name= Jabba Da Hut
