Advertise company but who?

[elenh]

Hi all,

I'm looking for a advertise company who can i use they ads like this:

If the member click a url then the system must provide a ad banner and say Click to the ad to continue. After clicking the ad must open to a new popup window and the member will continue in the forum.

Is something like this out in the internet?

Thank you.
