Notifications menu in wrong position!

Hello all,
Is there someone who can help me

The Notifications menu appears in wrong position!
the page direction of the template from right to left dir="rtl"

I do not speak English well, but I try to explain the problem by images Below
Problem does not occur in Firefox
Only Internet Explorer
