I can't even figure out how to change the styles. Using vbulletin suite 4.0 beta 3, the styles don't respond, just stays on default, is this currently the status for everyone?

Change the stylevars in Admincp > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Stylevars (in dropdown box).
