Memberlist search url on forum home

Hi there, I have this example code below and I am using VB 3.8.4 :-

http://www.yoursite.com/forum/memberlist.php?do=getall&field2=vbulletin&field6=3&field5[]=4

I want to do similar to the above but have the link displayed on the forumhome template for a particular usergroup.

The complicated bit is that I want to place into the member list search string above so it uses fields from the members profile.

Does anyone know if I can put profile fields for the logged in user into the link above?
