patch messed up poll images

after i uploaded the patch to my website, the poll images become messed up, the barx.gif become black, but when i view them in winzip it shows them normally?

how can i fix this please help.

not only the poll images, but some of the images, when i view the images on my computer they are fine, but when i upload to my server they glitch and become black
