How do I remove the selected icons (see pic)

Hi

I have used different theme then the default and added some forum icons so now I dont need the default ones down the bottom (hard to explain so included a pic) also the text/button log off down the bottom also in pic.

I assume its just an adjustment in a template but have no idea what Im looking for in that area.
