Well, I set E-Mail confirmation onto my forum so that when my users register, they need to confirm their e-mail; however, there's a slight problem... they aren't getting the e-mail confirmation. I've tried to fix it multiple times and I've tested it with multiple e-mail services along with checking the spam folders of the e-mail servers, but nothing ever came.

Anything I can do to fix this?

It could be that your hosting server is using a different e-mail server.
I would contact them and have them resolve the issue.
