Which Game Mod or Hack allow me to add flash game manually?

I been try to search game mod look like this: http://arcade.vuilen.com/

Because I just want to add some games that I like only. I got a package over 300+ v3arcade game, but alot of them I really don't like. So I just want manual add some like this "Street Fighter II" game for my members to play. I don't need no score or anything. As long I could manual add them like this game page: http://arcade.vuilen.com/

So which game mod allow me to like what I want? Any body know?
