Smilies problem on post replay?

Hi guys,

I have a problem with smilies when i post new replay, when i click post replay the editor and smiles on the right side shows and they work fine, but when I click "more" on smilies, I get this message.
I have checked the smilie on server an admincp, and it i ok.

vBulletin version is 3.7.3

Where is the problem?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

It works, but I realy need some plugins.

What do I do next?

EDIT: I found the problem, it was one of this 2 plugins, the fractiliter or force users to read thread,
