Looking for min post before creating signature mod

I know it exists but haven't found it as of yet, and you know I'll find it within 5 min of making this post

Long story short, just found out we got hit by a spammer that created 11 accounts (all had the same IP and used sequential gmail accounts). All of the accounts were named Buy<drug name>, and had huge sigs, but no actual posts. I want posters to have 5 or 10 posts before being able to make a sig.

A link to the mod would be appreciated!


Note: I know I can do it without a mod by using 2 usergroups and elevating users when they hit 5 posts, but I'd rather have the mod (LONG story).
