How do you set vbullitin 3.8 to send an automatic email based on an admin decision??

we have a "suspended members" usergroup we manually place inactive users in after 90 days of no logins.

i would like an automated e-mail to go to users i have moved into this usergroup to inform them their account is suspended and marked for deletion without having to send it manually!!

any help appreciated!!

Use the email system, and choose to only send to suspended members usergroup.

yea i have done that but it still involves typing the message manually EVERY time i move users!! im after something that will do it for me in some way!!

Make a .txt file of the message haha, then save it to your computer.

yea i have done that too, but SURELY there is an addon that will do it automatically!!
