I don't know if this is considered as a problem
listen to it..

When i'm enterinh my acp the tabs of Advertising,FAQ,Arcade are always expanded

why it this happening what cai I do to prevent it??

Save Prefs / Revert Prefs . Those are the two links you need to play with to set what you want expanded when you enter the admin cp.
