allow guest to view forums then require them to register after X time/reads

hi all

i remember seeing this mod on the mods section about allowing guests to browse the forums and everything like a guest should, but will require them to register after some time or was it after reading x number of threads/posts.

I'd like to try that mod right now

can anyone point me to the right direction?
