I've seen on many sites theres a mod that once you refresh a part of the header changes. For example a render.

Is there a mod for this on 3.8.

Rotating Banners? Do a search on either "rotat*" or "banner*" in "all mods" "titles only" and you should find some mods for that.

Also, from our Global Rules:
