As you my find when you browse this forum digital point, e.g :

you can find variable ad sizes displayed inside post
the poster my writ 2 paragraphs
adsense is put between them

1- how is this done?
2- how to change adsense sizes for every visit?

I think that can be done with 3.7 and above.
Below 3.7 i think its more difficult....

You can do this editing ad_showthread_firstpost template, inserting there the adsense code.
I'm running 3.6.4 and i don't have ad_showthread_firstpost template....

I think you (or someone knowledgeable in php) could make a plugin that reads the post as a string, counts the number of line breaks (<br />) then inserts the adsense code inbetween the middle line breaks.
