Is there a modification that will allow users to upload to a forum YouTube channel?

I have a site, NorthwestFirearms.com, and I'd like to use the YouTube API to enable to users to upload their videos to the NorthwestFirearms.com channel. Is there currently a modification out there to integrate this functionality into vBulletin?
