"Top Forums" in the Statistics section of profile?

Hi.

I was wondering if anyone is familiar with a modification that allows you to add a list of the top five forums a member posts in (the number of posts, linked, included). Here is an example:

Just go to the Statistics section of that profile and scroll down.
