Ohh my hmm.. not sure about now maybe Database wise but there is a mod to prevent this... I hate posting w/o links if I track it down tonight I'll post back else search for it and good luck!

the url was http://www.truckmountforums.com/foru...b-mytee-26.htm with over 14,000+ views and its removed physically and i have not backed up the mysql database in almost 2 weeks............... argh any ideas? Could it still be in mysql database by ANY chance????

You are SOL. The only way to get back a physically deleted thread is to restore to a previous backup. (Unless you are a vbulletin and mysql wizard.)

That's why I unchecked "Can physically remove threads" from even my own permissions. LOL. Never want that to happen.

I've never used that but I believe you can only use that if you use it right after you made your mistake, not several hours later.

Still, it isn't *right* after. I think it's a function you use to undo what you just did. But, I'm not sql expert, so I really am not sure.
