Auto Email after 2 days?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a way to automatically send out an email to all of the days registered members, say 2 days after they registered and repeat every day.

Like this...

Day 1 - 50 Registered
Day 2 - 40 Registered - Day 1 50 get an email
Day 3 - 45 Registered - Day 2 40 get an email

...and so on.....
