Nobody Knows The Dang Answer!
Well first, just wanna say, this is about vbadvanced and YES YES YES, I DID go to their forum support for help but NO GOOD it did me....
Secondly, why I am posting this? Because I believe there are better coders here and more people online that can try and help. Thirdly, I've tried asking friends that use it and they don't even know the problem.... FINALLY, here is the problem. This message comes up when I go to the page: Warning: require([path]/modules/navigation.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/vba_cmps_global.php on line 61 Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/ansher/public_html/ttrgaming.com/forums/modules/navigation.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/ansher/public_html/ttrgaming.com/forums/includes/vba_cmps_global.php on line 61 Why? I don't know.. WELL HAVE YOU INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY? Well in fact..YES I HAVE. This is what I have done... 1) Got the installation file 2) Extracted the cmps_index.php file to my desktop. 3) Edited the "forumpath" to the correct forum path by uploading forumpath.php to the forums directory 4) Uploaded the rest of the FTP Files correctly in all places... 5) Uploaded cmps_index.php file to the /forums directory. (root) 6) Renamed index.php (the current forums page) to forum.php (the now forum page) 7) Renamed cmps_index.php to index.php so that it becomes the homepage. 8) Went into the admin cp > vbCMPS> Main Options > Changed 'cmps_index.php' to 'index.php' That is what I did WHAT IS WRONG?!?! |

Find that file in your download from vBAdvanced, and upload it (using your FTP program) to /home/ansher/public_html/ttrgaming.com/forums/modules/ If you don't have that file in your download from vBAdvanced, you'll need to contact them. |

And did that work? It said in your errors what was missing If not what host are you on?? I ask because a few weeks back I had a hello of a problem installing vBa CMPS and vBa LINKS... turns out it was conflicting mod_securities on the server... HOST = HostGator, after calling them for the client and discussing we disabled some and finally it was working, both CMPS and LINKS so if your having the problem and happen to stumble upon this thread then there's your answer.
